I have been waiting quite some time for a girl so I could try out some of my new blankets and other girly things.  Luckily, Miss “G” came along after quite a few boys and was happy to model lots of purple and pink!  We had a lovely session, the perfect combination of awake and sleep.  Here’s a little peak into our session:

New Jersey Newborn Session

We had an absolutely gorgeous evening for this family’s session! We had been planning it for months and I found out by emailing with mom that Dad and I actually worked together about 15 years ago – small world!

I was in love with how well mom had everyone dressed and ready to go!  Their adorable dog even tagged along and was extremely cooperative and well trained.  I had a blast following these little boys around and documenting them playing and having fun with mom and dad.  There was lots of wagon rides, tickling, running, and cuddling.  I love the expressions of pure love and joy in so many of the images from that night.  Thanks to the “S” family for a great night! Here’s a peak into our fun evening:

I had a wonderful time photographing baby “B” at just eight days old. I could not get over that full head of blonde hair. Just gorgeous!!  He was such a calm and mellow baby for his in-home newborn session.  He gave me some great eye contact in the beginning, which is one of my favorites from the whole set.  Congrats to the “C” family on their adorable baby boy. He is just perfect!!

Flemington NJ Baby Photographers

This sweet little guy made his arrival over a month early and spent some time growing stronger in the NICU.  Once he got settled at home we scheduled the session to take place on his 21st day of life.  For a term baby, we probably would have had a really tough time getting any sleepy shots, but he did wonderfully. He was still super sleepy and only fussed a tiny bit to eat.  You might remember this family from last year when I photographed their adorable daughter. I can’t believe how big she has gotten. Such stunning blue eyes and blonde hair!  Just like for big sis, grandma crocheted an adorable hat. This time a bear!!  It was a pleasure to work with you again “W” family.  Here’s a peek into our session:

New Jersey Baby Portraits

I could not narrow down the amount of images I wanted to share from this session. This sweet baby boy was wide awake for part of our time together – look at those eyes! Then he gave us a big smile for a beautiful family portrait. Finally, he conked out and slept for a bit.  Could not have asked for a better session.  It was lovely working with this family – they have so much love for their new baby!  Take a look for yourself:
