I met a wonderful family over the weekend!  They are just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.  I was able to capture them being natural and having a good time with one another.  The weather was perfect so we played on the swing set, rolled in the grass, blew bubbles, and ended the session with ice cream cones!  That was my favorite part :)   Oh, and how cute is the newest addition? – he was so squishy!!  Dear “C” family, it was a pleasure meeting you and I hope you enjoy this preview from our session.  I am so excited to get the rest edited for you – there are so many fun captures!!

A couple weeks ago I took my girls to our favorite park and snapped away.  I was really pleased I was able to capture so many of them – especially my oldest.  She usually wants NOTHING to do with the camera haha!  She is 3 years old and tomorrow is her preschool orientation.  I cannot believe she has grown into this sassy little girl that makes me laugh all the time.  My youngest is growing so fast.  She now has four teeth and is working on two more.  She is very close to walking and is a very tough little baby.  She doesn’t take any nonsense from her big sister (ask Claire to show you the bite marks!).  I know I went a little overboard on these, but it’s rare for me to have so many “keepers” of my own children since they have “photographer’s syndrome” haha!!

Miss “L” arrived a bit early so I had the pleasure of photographing her on her actual due date.  How cool is that!?  This little beauty decided to be awake for the first half of the session so I was able to get some images of her gorgeous eyes.  Once she fell asleep, she was out for the count and I was able to move her all around with no problem at all.  We even went outside in the back yard to take a few images of her with the lake in the background.  It’s always such a treat to go outside with a newborn before the cold weather begins!   “S” & “P”, I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek.  I had a wonderful time meeting you!!

I always love it when clients get excited to create a wall display in their home with images from our session.  A grouping of three or more images can really make a statement!  Below is a wall display from a recent newborn session.  This little guy’s mom was kind enough to snap a picture of her images for me to see – and I must say I LOVE how it turned out!!  The larger images are 10×10 prints and the smaller sizes are 5×5 prints.  Both sizes were then matted and framed.  If you are a past client that would like your wall display featured on my blog, send the images to info@hollyleblancphotography.com.  I absolutely love to see my work on your walls!!

I was a little nervous going into this session since Miss “S” was already past that magic 2 week window of when I photograph most newborns.  However, she proved me wrong and slept like a champ through almost the entire session!  She made the most adorable little sounds in her sleep – I just couldn’t get enough of her!  Isn’t her mom insanely gorgeous, too?  Here is a little peek into yesterday’s session.  I hope you enjoy!
