A couple weeks ago I took my girls to our favorite park and snapped away.  I was really pleased I was able to capture so many of them – especially my oldest.  She usually wants NOTHING to do with the camera haha!  She is 3 years old and tomorrow is her preschool orientation.  I cannot believe she has grown into this sassy little girl that makes me laugh all the time.  My youngest is growing so fast.  She now has four teeth and is working on two more.  She is very close to walking and is a very tough little baby.  She doesn’t take any nonsense from her big sister (ask Claire to show you the bite marks!).  I know I went a little overboard on these, but it’s rare for me to have so many “keepers” of my own children since they have “photographer’s syndrome” haha!!

Could this little guy be any cuter?  He had the most scrumptious baby chub and gorgeous brown eyes!   Even though he was already older than most of my newborn clients, he did wonderfully.  We got some great captures of him awake as well as several sleepy shots.  He is welcomed into such a sweet and loving family – I truly enjoyed spending the afternoon with them.  Here is a little sneak peek of our session from yesterday.  Hope you enjoy!

My little girl is actually 8 months now, so I am a month behind on this post!  Better late than never!!  Mallory has learned lots of new things in the past month – she is crawling full force and pulling herself up in her crib and on the furniture.  I am in BIG trouble – haha!!

Last weekend we headed down to Terhune Orchards in Princeton for some strawberry picking.  This was our 2nd time to the farm and our very first time strawberry picking.  We had a blast!  Claire did a great job and kept reminding me “not the mushy ones or the green ones”…hahaha.  Mallory even participated in the festivities.  The farm is a great place to bring along children.  Lots to do, including tractor ride-ons, farm animals, and various pick-your-own fruits throughout the year.  We picked about 4 pints of berries and they only lasted 2 days.  It’s definitely a favorite fruit in this house.  Claire can eat an entire pint in one sitting!  We are definitely making strawberry picking a new tradition :)

So this post comes with great happiness and a little bit of sadness, too!  I look at my baby and she is growing up way too fast.  Six months old already!!  She is such a joy and is starting to develop quite the personality.  I can’t get enough of her gummy smile and her baby babble melts my heart.  Just want to bottle her up and keep her this little forever!   I brought my sister along with us to one of my favorite locations to help get a smile or two from Miss Mallory (who started off very serious).  I hope these images bring a smile to someone’s face – they surely do to mine!
