March 23, 2011I get so giddy when my clients send me pictures of their session images displayed on their walls! I often take a few macro portraits during my newborn sessions of those sweet toes, lashes, and any other feature that will change so quickly. This newborn had a full head of hair that was just gorgeous so I had to capture that as well. I love how this client decided to go with square portraits here and arranged the four images into a square going up their stairs. Great use of space! Thanks to the “H” family for sending these pictures along. I hope it inspires some of you to display those macro images!

January 1, 2011I know you have probably heard me mention this before, but I LOVE canvas!!! So you can only imagine my excitement when this client ordered four of them!! We worked together to design a grouping of three 16×20 canvases. I just love the way it turned out and it looks lovely in the baby’s nursery! “H” family, thanks so much for sharing this photo with us! It was great working with you

August 26, 2010I always love it when clients get excited to create a wall display in their home with images from our session. A grouping of three or more images can really make a statement! Below is a wall display from a recent newborn session. This little guy’s mom was kind enough to snap a picture of her images for me to see – and I must say I LOVE how it turned out!! The larger images are 10×10 prints and the smaller sizes are 5×5 prints. Both sizes were then matted and framed.
