I was honored when a fellow photographer contacted me to photograph her newborn and family. It was a pleasure working with this family and baby “M” is absolutely gorgeous with that dark head of hair! Big brother “J” could not have been more excited to take on his new role. I was able to capture quite a bit of variety since Miss “M” was a wonderful sleeper and only fussed when hungry. I even captured a couple smiles which is always a treat!!
I was in love with this sweet boy! He was so adorable and came to his session full of personality. That smile can melt anyone’s heart! Six months is such a wonderful age to document. You can capture your little one’s personality and they are not yet running away from the camera. I just love doing family and baby sessions outdoors this time of year. Mom and dad are so in love with their little guy and it shows in these images.
I had a lovely time photographing this couple who is expecting their first child – a boy! Mom was actually due yesterday and I am anxiously awaiting the big news. We had a perfect summer evening at one of my favorite locations in Central New Jersey for the maternity session. Isn’t this mama-to-be just stunning?! I wish I looked this amazing when I was expecting!
I had such a fun morning photographing baby “J”. You might remember her newborn images from last year. She had just turned one the day before our session and was full of personality. Lots of waving, dancing, and clapping! So adorable!! Her moms had some adorable outfits picked out, too! Just love the one of the three of them together. We had an absolutely gorgeous evening for this family’s session! We had been planning it for months and I found out by emailing with mom that Dad and I actually worked together about 15 years ago – small world!
I was in love with how well mom had everyone dressed and ready to go! Their adorable dog even tagged along and was extremely cooperative and well trained. I had a blast following these little boys around and documenting them playing and having fun with mom and dad. There was lots of wagon rides, tickling, running, and cuddling. I love the expressions of pure love and joy in so many of the images from that night. Thanks to the “S” family for a great night! Here’s a peak into our fun evening:
