Better late than never, right? My baby turned one at the end of October – the height of my busy season. I managed to get her cake smash session edited in time for the holidays, but just getting around to posting them now. Bad mommy!

October 22, 2010I just can’t get enough of all the newborn girls lately! I was so excited to photograph this adorable baby because mom and I knew each other from work. Miss “M” spent the first half of our session just checking out her surroundings, but mom was able to put her fast asleep. She did amazing and slept through each and every pose perfectly! I always love it when I can get some great awake shots as well as a variety of sleeping poses. It was so hard for me to just pick a few to edit as there are so many great shots from our session. I’ll have to come back and do another post after I am done editing them all

October 1, 2010It has been great watching this sweet girl grow over the past year. You might remember seeing her newborn session and 6 month session here on the blog. I just can’t get over how fast this year has flown by! Here are some favorites from our last session. We decided to wait until about an hour before sunset to take advantage of the beautiful evening light.

July 9, 2010My little girl is actually 8 months now, so I am a month behind on this post! Better late than never!! Mallory has learned lots of new things in the past month – she is crawling full force and pulling herself up in her crib and on the furniture. I am in BIG trouble – haha!!
I was so excited when I found out the “B” family was expecting their third child! You see, this family is very special to me. They were my very first official clients. Two years ago I was lucky enough to photograph their newborn twins. Not many photographers can say that about their first session! It was so wonderful to see how much the children have grown. I can’t believe they are two years old already! It was such a pleasure photographing you all again and I’m so happy we missed the rain! I cannot wait to meet the newest addition. He/She will be born into a wonderful family Enjoy your preview!
